Overview
Michael is a Senior Partner and heads the Real Estate, Banking, and Commercial Department. Michael was admitted to the Bar as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2017.
Prior to co-founding the Firm Michael gained training and experience in top-tier law firms within the country.

He is well regarded for his legal expertise in banking and finance transactions involving preparation and registration of securities and transfers on behalf of financial institutions.
He has advised various clients in the real estate sector on the sale, purchase and sub-division of properties including structuring mixed-use developments, multiple dwelling units, joint ventures, Change of User, surrender, easements and wayleaves.
He also has experience in legal drafting, intellectual property, tax advisory, acquisitions, take-overs, capital markets and ESG.
