Overview
Cyril Kubai is currently the Managing Partner. He heads the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department. Cyril was called to the Bar in the year 2017. Prior to co-founding the Firm he worked with leading Law Firms in the country.
He is a trained Legal Auditor, having received training in Legal & Governance Compliance Audit from the Kenya School of Law.

He has a keen interest in Commercial disputes; Employment law; Family Law; Land & Environment Law; Constitutional Law & Devolution. As an avid trial lawyer Cyril has advised and represented clients on both contentions and non-contentious commercial engagements in addition to conducting legal audits on Governance and compliance as well as Data protection. He has also been involved in consultancy work entailing policy, legislative review and development in different areas of the law.
